Argumentation with Integrity
An overview, explanation of, and links to all of the resources in the Argumentation with integrity set of resources.
The Argumentation with integrity instructional resource pack consists of a collection of resources that are ready to use in the classroom. The activities are meant to take students through a distinct writing process with a focus on argumentation. The underlying idea of argumentation with integrity is, in the words of Edward de Bono, “Argument is meant to reveal truth, not to create it.” It is only through the careful understanding of the basic principles of argumentation and credibility that students will be able to craft an argument that is backed by credible evidence and clear, logical reasoning.
